This page explains how to request deletion of your Ripped! Restock account and the data associated with it.
Request deletion from inside the app
- Open Ripped! Restock and sign in.
- Tap your profile (top right) to open Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the request when prompted.
Your request is then sent to an admin for review. You can cancel it at any time from the same screen before an admin approves it. Once approved, your account is permanently deleted.
Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in, email help@ripped-restock.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". Include your full name and the shop you're associated with so we can locate your account. We'll confirm receipt and process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your deletion is approved, we permanently remove:
- Your profile (name, email, phone number).
- Your internal user ID and authentication credentials.
- Restock submissions you created — photos, videos, embedded audio, captured GPS coordinates, and submission metadata.
- Push notification tokens registered to your account.
What we may retain, and for how long
- Crash and performance diagnostics stored by our processor (Bugsnag) are not linked to your profile after deletion and are automatically purged within 90 days.
- Backup copies of our database may contain your data for up to 30 days after deletion before they roll off and are overwritten.
- Records we are required to keep for legal, tax, audit, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, transaction logs referenced in an open dispute) are retained only for as long as the applicable obligation requires, then deleted.
